Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Shreveport, Louisiana. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations to tailor treatment.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management.
