Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.
• Indiana PT license required to start.
• CPR (Basic) required to start.
• MMR required to start.
• Hepatitis B required to start.
• TB required to start.
• Rehab competency exam required to start.

Responsibilities

• Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while traveling.
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services in Evansville, Indiana.
• Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and goals.
• Coordinate with clinical team and facilities as needed.
