Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 22-week assignment in Mishawaka, Indiana. The PT will evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote independence in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings. The ideal candidate holds an Indiana PT license, BLS certification, and preferably a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

• Valid Indiana PT license.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Use therapies and modalities to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on home exercises and safety.
