Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel Physical Therapist for a 31-week assignment in Stoughton, Massachusetts. You will evaluate and treat patients, design personalized rehab plans, and work with a collaborative clinical team to restore function and independence.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in Massachusetts
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy is preferred
• New grads welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients using tests and history to identify functional limitations and needs
• Develop personalized rehab programs based on assessments and goals
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Operate PT equipment safely and maintain devices
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with physicians and other therapists for coordinated care
• Educate patients on home exercise, body mechanics, and self-management
• Maintain infection control and safety standards during therapy
• Pursue professional development to stay current with best practices
• Support discharge planning for smooth transitions to home settings
