Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing in Austin, TX is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment. The role focuses on evaluating patients, implementing rehabilitation plans, and coordinating care with the physician to achieve measurable improvements.

You will work 40 hours per week with day shifts. Travel housing options, health insurance, and credentialing support are included to support a seamless assignment in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current state license or actively in licensure process.
• Current CPR certification.
• Other client-specific requirements will be determined by the facility.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Develop and administer a treatment plan with goals based on patient capacity and physician orders.
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families on therapy methods.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate patient goals.
