In this role, you will work closely with patients, assisting with exercises, reviewing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate records. You will also support patients using mobility devices and provide mentorship. Qualifications

• Current state licensing for physical therapy assistance required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive, nurturing environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with exercises or functional tasks, correcting form, motivating, and ensuring safety.
• Review and administer individualized treatment plans for each patient.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments and patient progress.
• Support patients who use devices such as walkers, canes, or wheelchairs.
• Mentor and encourage patients during major life changes, providing support and advice.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained, clean, and safe.
