Job summary

Proforma Health Inc is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel assignment in an acute care setting. The role involves evaluating and implementing individualized plans of care for diverse patient populations, and coordinating with PTAs and technicians.

Candidates should have at least 6 months of clinical experience, current BLS certification and state licensure, and strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of clinical experience; new graduates encouraged to apply.
• Current BLS certification and state licensure.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized plans of care for diverse patient populations.
• Oversee PTAs and technicians.
• Collaborate with medical personnel to ensure team-focused care.
• Understand and adhere to state-specific regulations and professional guidelines.
• Utilize medical software for documentation and billing.
• Modify treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Provide timely, accurate documentation following applicable guidelines.
