Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited physical therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in applicable state.
• American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers.
• Additional certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatment in acute care settings while traveling to client facilities.
• Maintain licensure and certifications as required by state and facility.
• Collaborate with facility staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
