Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks a Physical Therapist for a 14-week travel assignment in Lexington, KY. The PT will evaluate patients in acute care, develop and implement a plan of care, and collaborate with a healthcare team to optimize outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 6 months of experience, BLS, and Kentucky licensure. Responsibilities include directing PTAs, billing per facility guidelines, and ensuring compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of experience; new grads encouraged to apply.
• BLS certification and state-specific licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff.
• Bill within the respective setting following facility guidelines.
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure team plan of care.
• Evaluate and create a plan of care and modify it as patient condition changes.
• Provide timely documentation in line with state and insurance guidelines.
