Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Logansport, IN. The PT will evaluate patients, develop and execute plans of care in the acute care setting, and supervise support staff as needed.

This travel role requires licensure, BLS, and 1 year of experience (6 months may be accepted for exceptional candidates). The position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must have active Physical Therapist licensure in Indiana.
• BLS certification required.
• 1 year of PT experience preferred; 6 months may be considered for exceptional candidates.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop a plan of care for various populations.
• Execute and adjust the plan of care as patient conditions change.
• Supervise PTAs and therapy staff when applicable.
• Bill for services following facility guidelines and state regulations.
• Coordinate with medical center staff and physicians to ensure team-based care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and insurance requirements.
