Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist for a 52-week assignment in Harwich, Massachusetts. The role offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour days, and a travel employment type with housing support and benefits.

The candidate must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a PT Bachelor's with NPTE, have graduated from an accredited program, possess CPR certification, and have a minimum of one year of experience with an active or pending state PT license.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience.
• Current state license or active application for licensure as a Registered PT/PT.

Responsibilities

• Develops a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provides skilled physical therapy services/interventions per physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals.
• Collaborates with disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
