Qualifications
- Active WV Physical Therapist license.
- At least 1 year of recent Physical Therapy experience.
- BLS certification (AHA) if required by facility.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to adapt to new clinical environments.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation services
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Support patient mobility, recovery, and functional outcomes
