Job summary

LeaderStat is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Kearney, Nebraska. The role requires 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts, and a start date of 09/28/2026, ending 12/28/2026.

Travel assignments may include SNF and HH coverage, with occasional travel to Hastings or Grand Island. Qualified candidates will have 1 year of full-time PT experience, current state licensure, and relevant certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc).

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a full-time Physical Therapist.
• Clinical experience within the last 2 years.
• Current State Licensure.
• Current certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc).

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services in SNF and home health settings.
• Coordinate care with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
