Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Scottsbluff, NE. Start ASAP, 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, with days shift. You will evaluate and treat patients across hospital, clinic, and rehab settings, delivering evidence‑based care and collaborating with the care team.

The role requires Nebraska PT licensure and a current BLS. New grads welcome, with preferred Doctorate in Physical Therapy and related certifications.

Qualifications

• Licensed physical therapist in Nebraska.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate in physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients using tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehab programs based on goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercises and safety.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
• Participate in discharge planning for smooth transitions.
