Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Hot Springs, SD. Start date 11/02/2026, 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, travel role with comprehensive benefits and support from a dedicated clinical team.

Licensed PT with BLS is required; Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred. New grads welcome to apply; other certifications may be required. Duties include evaluation, plan development, treatment implementation, and patient education.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy is preferred.
• New graduates welcome to apply.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and determine treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in the medical record.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and other team members to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
