Job summary

TotalMed Allied in Clarksdale, MS is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment. You will work 40 hours per week, days shift, providing PT services and overseeing plan of care in a hospital or clinic setting.

Candidates should have at least 6 months of PT experience (with 6 months acceptable for exceptional candidates), BLS certification, and state licensing. New grads encouraged to apply; ability to stand/walk long periods and operate within state guidelines is expected.

Qualifications

• 6 months of PT experience required; exceptional candidates with more relevant background may be considered.
• BLS certification and active state licensing are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and therapy staff.
• Bill within the setting and follow facility guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with PT board rules and state requirements.
• Collaborate with Medical Center staff to develop a plan of care.
• Assess and modify plan of care as patient condition evolves.
• Use hospital systems for daily tasks and documentation.
• Provide timely documentation in line with guidelines.
