Job summary

Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Physical Therapist to join a dynamic team in Livingston, Montana. This travel assignment offers 13 weeks of work, 40 hours per week, with dayshift hours.

The role involves evaluating and treating patients, developing treatment plans, and supervising PTAs and rehab techs as required by practice acts. Qualified candidates hold an APTA-accredited PT degree (DPT/MSPT/BSPT) and an active state license or ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication, documentation and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients based on their needs.
• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and timely.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Technicians per practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families for outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control and regs.
