Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. The role offers 40 hours per week, dayshift, and a supportive clinical team.

You will provide high-quality care in a hospital, clinic, or rehab setting, evaluating patients, designing rehab plans, and documenting progress. The ideal candidate holds a valid PT license, current BLS, and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license and current BLS certification are required.
• New grads welcome to apply; state licensure compliance is required.
• Other licenses or certifications may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Implement and adjust treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety during recovery.
