This contract includes guaranteed pay, overtime premium, weekly pay, health and vision coverage, a 401(k) match, housing stipends, travel assistance, and a referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes in the patient medical record.
• Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
• Evaluate functional status and develop a treatment plan aligned with clinician goals and patient needs.
• Communicate functional changes and barriers to the care team to support care planning.
• Perform reassessments and update the plan of care based on patient response.
