Job summary

Towne U.S. LLC is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Williston, Florida. The PT will provide therapy services to patients with injuries or mobility limitations, conducting evaluations and implementing treatment plans.

Requirements include a DPT or PT program graduate, active Florida PT license, and BLS certification. Travel assignment offers a 40-hour work week with day shifts and a tax-free stipend to be determined.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or graduate of an accredited PT program is required.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of assignment.
• American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy plans.
• Implement plans and select modalities to reach goals.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy and mobility training.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Assist with discharge planning and patient education.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation.
• Ensure culturally appropriate care and meet age-specific needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to coordinate care.
