Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in Ashland, Kentucky. The role requires 6 months of PT experience, BLS, and state licensure. The PT will supervise staff, manage plans of care, and coordinate with medical teams in a hospital-type setting.

This 13-week travel assignment offers 36 hours per week with day shifts. We welcome new grads for consideration with appropriate background.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of PT experience; new grads may apply.
• BLS certification and current state licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and therapy staff.
• Bill within the setting following facility guidelines.
• Interface with Medical Center personnel to ensure plan of care.
• Understand adaptive equipment and evaluate/create plan of care.
• Modify plan of care as patient condition changes.
• Use facility computer systems to perform daily tasks.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation per guidelines.
