Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Gaffney, SC. Start ASAP with 40 hours per week and 8-hour days in a hospital, clinic, or rehabilitation setting.

The role focuses on evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients to improve mobility and reduce pain while delivering evidence-based care. Ideal candidates hold a PT license, current BLS, and may have a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
• Physical therapy experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and determine functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and injury prevention.
