Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in The Dalles, Oregon. You will evaluate referred patients requiring rehabilitation and develop treatment plans under physician orders.

Responsibilities include delivering skilled PT services, documenting patient progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The position offers 40 hours per week, days shift, 13-week duration, and travel compensation including housing options.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in process for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and determine needs.
• Develop and administer a treatment plan with goals per physician orders.
• Provide skilled PT services and adjust interventions to patient progress.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
