You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, provide therapeutic exercises, and collaborate with physicians to support mobility and functional outcomes while ensuring timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Active CA Physical Therapist license.
• At least 1 year of recent Physical Therapy experience.
• BLS certification (AHA) if required by facility.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to adapt to new clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation services
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
