Job summary

Critical Connection, inc is seeking a licensed, patient-focused Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Joshua Tree, California. This travel position offers 40 hours per week, day shifts, and a flexible schedule across diverse clinical environments based on your experience and goals.

New graduates are welcome. You will evaluate and treat patients, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and caregivers, and document care in line with clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active (or pending) state Physical Therapy license.
• New graduates welcome.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients based on individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled, patient-centered physical therapy services.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and caregivers to support long-term outcomes.
• Document care accurately and in compliance with clinical standards.
