Qualifications
- 2+ years of psychiatric, corrections, mental health, or behavioral health experience.
- Active BLS certification.
- Clean background check upon hire.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients by taking medical history and observing behavior.
- Create treatment plans in collaboration with other professionals.
- Administer psychotropic and other medications as directed.
- Monitor patients and record their behavior and progress.
- Provide basic care and psychological support.
- Teach patients self-care activities and condition management.
- Educate families about patients' conditions.
- Facilitate social events to enhance patients' confidence.
