Job summary

Flagstar Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Post Partum for a 13-week assignment in Columbus, Ohio. You will provide postpartum and newborn care in a couplet setting and work 40 hours per week, with night shifts as scheduled.

Required: BSN and at least 2 years of postpartum/mother-baby or labor & delivery experience; active RN license and BLS certification. The role includes benefits, travel stipends, and support from FSN's team.

Qualifications

• BSN is required.
• Minimum 2 years of postpartum/mother-baby or labor & delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver postpartum nursing care to mothers and newborns in a couplet care setting.
• Monitor maternal recovery, vital signs, pain, and post-delivery complications.
• Assess newborn health including feeding and vitals.
• Educate families on breastfeeding, infant care, and postpartum recovery.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatrics, lactation consultants, and other teams.
• Maintain documentation in electronic medical records.
