MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel Post Partum RN for a 13-week assignment in Topeka, Kansas. Shift is 12 hours, nights, with 36 hours per week and travel employment.

Requirements include an active RN license, degree from an accredited nursing program, and 18 months of acute care L&D experience, plus BLS/ACLS/NRP/PALS and AWHONN certifications. Weekly pay and housing options available.

• 18 months recent experience in Acute Care Labor and Delivery (L&D)
• Other requirements to be determined by client facility

Responsibilities

• Labor and Delivery nurses provide care to women and newborns during antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum and neonatal stages.
• Monitor vital signs of mother and baby during birth.
• Monitor patients for potential high-risk problems.
• Educate and support mothers and families after birth.
