Job summary

Cross Country Nurses seeks a travel RN with a Post Partum specialty in Austin, Texas. The position requires 12-hour daytime shifts and a 36-hour work week on a 13-week assignment.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license with BLS, and have at least two years of postpartum experience. Travel experience is preferred, and compensation includes transportation and housing support along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure and BLS certification are required.
• At least 2 years of postpartum/OB clinical experience is preferred.
• Willingness to work in Austin, TX and daytime 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized postpartum nursing care on the Postpartum Floor.
• Support and educate new mothers during the immediate postpartum period.
• Document patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team in the EHR system.
