Applegreen is seeking a Team Member to join our U.S. operations. The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service, stocking, and greeting travelers at our convenience food plazas across the Northeast and Midwest.

You will operate POS systems, handle cash, and ensure food safety and quality while supporting daily store operations. Flexible scheduling includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently lift at least 40 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Follow cash handling policies and store procedures.
• Prepare and serve food and maintain food safety standards.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Follow brand standards and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
