Applegreen USA is seeking a part-time Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, prepare and serve quality food, and keep the plaza clean and well-stocked. You’ll handle POS transactions accurately and follow food safety and brand standards in a fast-paced travel plaza environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Follow food safety, labeling, dating, stocking and temperature checks.
• Prep, cook, package, wrap and clean kitchen tasks.
• Stock, clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Follow brand standards and company policies.
• Perform other duties as needed.
