Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers in Commerce City, CO is seeking a Team Member for full-time hours to deliver friendly service, maintain clean and stocked conditions, process payments, and help prepare and serve quality food at our travel plaza.

You’ll operate the POS, follow food safety and brand standards, and assist with cross-selling, stocking, and general duties to meet traveler needs. Flexible schedules and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and handling cash transactions.
• Ability to interact positively with travelers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide friendly customer service by engaging in positive, helpful interactions with customers (travelers).
• Operate POS system, process and receive payment, and follow all customer service and cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking temperature of products.
• Complete with a variety of kitchen-related tasks including prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain a solid knowledge of products and services available in the plaza.
• Follow required brand standards, food safety requirements, as well as all company policies and procedures.
• Execute a variety of other tasks as assigned.
