Qualifications

• One year of recent PICU RN experience.
• Valid RN license per state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC certification.

Responsibilities

• Explain procedures and treatments to pediatric patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Operate ventilators, central line setups, and hemodynamic monitors.
• Monitor vital signs and medical data; notify physicians of changes.
• Document findings and care plans in medical records.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
