Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) position in Columbus, Ohio. This role involves working 3x12 hour day shifts with a total of 36 hours per week over a 13-week contract at a leading pediatric hospital. Candidates must have an active RN license in Ohio, along with at least 2 years of PICU experience and recent Level 1 experience. Floating to various units will be required, and a supportive work environment is guaranteed, with comprehensive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of PICU experience preferred; first-time travelers considered with closer to 3 years.
• Active OH RN license or Compact RN license required.
• Recent Level 1 experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a Pediatric ICU environment.
• Float to NICU, CV PICU, ED, stepdown, and med/surg units as needed.
• Work 3x12-hour shifts on days.
