Job summary

Proforma Health Inc. is seeking a Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide therapy services in a healthcare setting. You will deliver patient-centered interventions per treatment plans and collaborate with the care team.

We require a current BLS certification and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Expect a 40-hour work week with travel-based assignments and day shifts. Weekly pay and benefits begin from day one, with flexibility and adaptability required for assignments.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Additional certifications may be required prior to assignment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered physical therapy interventions according to treatment plans.
• Assist in implementing therapy programs and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and patient records.
