You will support licensed therapists by implementing treatment plans and guiding patients through therapeutic exercises in a skilled nursing setting. Ideal candidates have an associate PTA degree, DC PTA license, BLS, and SNF experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from PTA program is required.
• Current District of Columbia PTA license is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans and progress notes.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises.
• Document patient progress in collaboration with licensed therapists.
