Job summary

Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant in Winfield, Kansas. The role requires 40 hours per week on a 13-week assignment, with a 9-hour daytime shift, and travel employment status.

You will provide PT services under a supervising licensed PT, aim to restore mobility, improve function, and meet treatment goals while adhering to facility guidelines and regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active state PTA license (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy interventions per PT plan of care.
• Document patient progress and response to treatment.
• Assist with patient education and home exercise programs.
• Communicate patient status to supervising PT.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards.
