Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active PTA license in state or eligibility for multi-state licensure (licensing assistance available).
• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience preferred; new grads with strong skills welcome.
• Ability to travel and adapt to new settings and patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing PT treatment plans under supervision.
• Help patients perform therapeutic exercises and mobility activities.
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting to the PT.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and rehab techniques.
• Maintain equipment and assist with patient mobility to ensure safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver patient-centered care.
