Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Philmont, New York. The position is 40 hours per week with 8-hour day shifts, travel employment, starting 11/16/2026.

The PTA will work under a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients recover mobility and function in a skilled nursing facility setting. A formal PTA associate degree and state licensure are required, with BLS potentially required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State License required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required (AHA/ARC).
• FSBPT NPTE certification for PTAs.
• Ability to follow instructions from a licensed Physical Therapist.
• 1 year of SNF experience.
