Job summary

CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support recovery in skilled nursing and outpatient settings. You will assist patients with mobility, functional goals, and activity under a licensed Physical Therapist, and may float to other facilities as needed.

Shifts are 8 hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend coverage around holidays. Expect competitive weekly pay, full medical benefits, 401(k) matching, paid housing, travel and license

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy and active license required.
• Minimum 1 year PTA experience and BLS certification.
• Strong communication, patient care, and flexibility essential.

Responsibilities

• Support patient recovery by assisting mobility and function under a PT.
• Manage a patient load of 6–12 daily across SNF and outpatient settings.
• Float to other facilities as needed and collaborate with care teams.
