Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State License required.
• BLS Certification may be required.
• Skilled nursing experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients recovering from injuries or illnesses to improve mobility under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Maintain a professional appearance with black scrubs, adhere to client policies by being present in the building, and meet productivity requirements of 92%.
• Provide patient care in diverse settings, contributing to recovery and functional improvement.
• Work 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts.
• Engage in patient rehabilitation activities, ensuring quality care.
