You will assist in implementing treatment plans, guiding patients through exercises, applying modalities, and documenting progress. Required qualifications include CAPTE-accredited PTA program completion, active Kansas PTA license, BLS, and 1–2 years of relevant clinical experience, plus SNF exposure.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program.
• Active Kansas PTA license.
• BLS certification.
• 1–2 years clinical experience in skilled nursing, outpatient, or acute care.
• License and SNF experience required.
• References: 1 reference in entire work history.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans designed by a supervising physical therapist.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Document progress and modify interventions for safety and comfort as directed.
