Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week assignment in Phillipsburg, New Jersey. This travel role offers 40 hours per week in a Skilled Nursing Facility, with a standard 8-hour shift and a 30-minute meal break, under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Qualified candidates will hold an Associate degree in Physical Therapy, possess an active state license, and may be required to have BLS.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State License required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required from a recognized provider.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients to improve mobility and functional movement.
• Document patient progress and communicate with the PT team.
