Job summary

Stand Together Ventures Lab is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to support patients under supervision, helping rehabilitation and mobility goals. Travel assignments require coordinating with clinical teams and adapting plans to client needs.

You will deliver patient-centered care, document progress, maintain safety, and pursue ongoing professional development to meet licensure requirements. Travel shifts are typically 8 hours days with housing and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current state license, an Associate's degree from an accredited program, or have passed the NPTE.
• Minimum of one yearly relevant experience required.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy assistance during assigned shifts, typically 8 hours days, in a travel setting.
• Provide therapy assistance, assist with treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with healthcare teams to meet patient goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility policies and safety protocols.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and ensure licensure requirements are met.
