Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel assignment in Waynesville, North Carolina. The PTA will work under a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients move better, feel better, and stay active in a home health setting.

The role requires an Associate degree in Physical Therapy, an active state license to start, and Home Health experience, with a 8-hour shift, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.
• NC PTA License.
• Home Health experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients recovering from injuries or illness under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Provide PTA services in home health settings.
• Document patient progress and ensure adherence to care plans.
