Jackson Therapy Partners seeks a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for assignments in Clackamas County, Oregon. • Assist patients with mobility, functional activities, and gait training on a travel basis.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Oregon PTA license required.
• Home health experience required.
• CPR certification required.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: M-F 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
• Coverage area includes Multnomah and Clackamas counties.
• Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.
