Job summary

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Cleburne, Texas. You will work 40 hours per week on days shifts in a SNF/LTC setting.

Candidates must have an Associates degree, an active PTA license (or in process), and the ability to provide skilled therapy under supervision of a PT. This contract role offers competitive pay and housing options through Centra.

Qualifications

• Must have earned an Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or in process for licensure.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions under physician orders and supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement and modify patient PT plan of care under supervision of a Registered/Licensed PT.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PT interventions per physician orders under supervision.
• Contribute to an interdisciplinary team to reach patient goals.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate progress with the supervising PT.
