Advantis Medical is seeking a Travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Sac City, IA. You will be employed on a full-time travel contract and work a Days shift (5x8 schedule) with a weekly pay of $1,436.

You will support patient care under a supervising Physical Therapist, performing assessments and treatments, documenting progress, operating relevant equipment, and collaborating with the care team to deliver quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on treatment under the direction of a supervising Physical Therapist.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercise, gait training, transfers, and functional mobility activities.
• Progress interventions within the established plan of care as patients advance, as directed by the supervising therapist.
• Monitor patient response during treatment and report progress and concerns to the supervising therapist.
