Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Whitefish, MT. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain in hospital or clinic settings.

The role requires a MT PT license, BLS, and strong communication skills. Travel benefits, insurance, and a comprehensive support team are provided to assist throughout the assignment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards in the treatment area.
