Requirements include a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE, graduation from an accredited program, current state licensure or in process, CPR certification, and a minimum of one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer treatment programs with specific goals.
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families.
• Develop plan of care and collaborate with other disciplines to meet goals.
